Do you feel disciplined? Have you felt that way before? What did that look like?
Maybe life has changed now, a partner, a family, children to take care of, a different lifestyle, a different income.
So what would discipline look like now if you could call in that quality?
Or better yet, how would you feel if you were disciplined?
Whether it is relevant to the area of your training, your practice, your study, your diet, your spending or your self care… it is the same quality and the same question… “how would I feel if I developed or practiced discipline in this area of my life?”
Start small, start ever so small, but I encourage you to get clear. Because that right there paved the way to feeling however it is you wish to feel.
