Class passes
Class passes may be shared at your discretion with family and friends.

Auto debit memberships
1. Auto debit memberships may not be shared or transferred and are non-refundable.
2. Auto debit membership payments will be debited automatically each fortnight.
3. Auto debit memberships are entered into for a minimum of a 12-week commitment, after which you may cancel at any time.
4. Cancellation request of an auto debit membership must be made with 14 days advance notice by emailing hello@myallwellbeing.com.
5. Auto debit memberships automatically continue after the initial 12-week period, unless we receive an email notice of cancellation.
6. You may suspend your membership for up to 6 weeks per calendar year at no charge.

Medical Conditions:

  • If you have a legitimate medical condition that limits your ability to participate in classes, please inform us of your condition, so that we can work with you to resolve your membership.
  • For sudden or urgent health concerns which limit your ability to continue using your membership, please notify us by email accompanied by confirmation of your health practitioner. Once we have received confirmation we will suspend or cancel your membership based on the recommendations of your health practitioner.
  • Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers may be applied to any goods and services related to Myall Yoga & Wellbeing Studio and retail store, but not including international or local retreats and added services relating to Myall Retreats.
  • Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are non-replaceable if stolen, non-transferrable and resale is prohibited.
  • Class bookings
    Bookings are essential for all classes.

    Your class booking can be easily managed (booked, rescheduled, and cancelled) from one place; simply download our Myall App and create a login to get started.

    Class cancellations
    Classes with a start time of 12pm or later: Cancellation at least 4 hours prior to class, no fees or charges will be applied, and your booking allocation can be credited back to your account. Cancellations outside of this window will be classed as a ‘Late Cancellation’.

    Classes with a start time before 8 am: Cancellation before 8 pm, the evening prior, no fees or charges will be applied, and your booking allocation can be credited back to your account. Cancellations outside of this window will be classed as a ‘Late Cancellation’.

    A ‘No Show’ is defined as a client not arriving to a group class that was pre-booked.

    For our unlimited memberships, members are allocated 2 instances of Late Cancellation or No Show to their account each calendar month. For any subsequent Late Cancellation or No Show, a $10 fee will be charged to the client’s nominated membership payment account.

    For class pack holders, your class booking will be deducted from your pack as normal in the event of a Late Cancellation or No Show.

    Appointment bookings
    Bookings are essential for massage and infrared sauna appointments.

    Your appointments can be easily managed (booked, rescheduled, and cancelled) from one place; simply download the Myall App and create a login to get started.

    Not all appointment times are made available online. Arrangements can be made at special request for a time that suits your schedule. To discuss your booking, call or email us.

    Appointment cancellations
    Infrared-sauna and massage appointments have a 24-hour cancellation window: this is to provide ample time for our team to offer your spot to another client and remedy any scheduling imbalances.

    Cancellation less than 24-hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a full charge.
    Our cancellation policy has been structured this way to best protect our therapists’ time and ensure all clients enjoy fair access to appointments.

    To avoid unwanted charges, please jump online to cancel your bookings or call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time and we’ll cancel your session for you. Please note that each case is unique and the election to make a specific offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
