From our 7am Rise and Shine classes that are now a full hour through to our evening Rejuvenate classes that are 75 minutes, there’s a class every day to suit everyone.

Our 8am Energise class is now just 30 minutes, so you can come in, hit the mat for an upbeat and revitalising session and be at work for 9am.
Wondering what the Y & M’s stand for? We’ve just introduced our new class time classification, so you can see the class length at a glance – Y60 = Yoga 60 minutes, M45 = Meditation 45 minutes, and so on!
We keep the studio at a toasty 24 degrees and we all the amenities including hot showers, towels and hairdryers, you need to get ready for work.
