Michelle is passionate about using the practice to calm the nervous system and connect you back to your inner truth. After experiencing firsthand the profound transformational abilities of yoga, she developed a love for the practice and wanted to share that with others. Michelle credits yoga for allowing her to stay calm and centred and with a sense of humour in the hustle bustle of everyday life.
Michelle’s classes help to subdue the “fight or flight” response and calm the ripples of the mind to reveal the peace that is always there within us. Her classes are grounded and nurturing, and have been likened to the feeling of a “mother’s hug”, a perfect contrast to a busy or stressful day at work.
