Membership Suspension

If you would like to suspend your Auto-Debit Membership payments, please complete the request form below.

Please note suspensions can be made for a minimum of 2 weeks, up to a maximum of 6 weeks. We cannot backdate the requests or process your request on the same day. Your suspension request will be processed within 5 business days (if not sooner), and confirmation will be sent via email.

As an auto-debit member, you are welcome to suspend your membership for a maximum period of six weeks per year. To review our full-suspension details, please see the membership terms and conditions here.

There are no suspensions, extensions or transfers for Casual Classes, Class Packages or Upfront Memberships.

    If you require any extra time or need to cancel your membership, please email hello@myallwellbeing.com with your request. Please ensure to cancel yourself out of classes or waitlists within the suspension time.
