The Myall Experience – Useful Tips

Arrive-on-time

TIME

We recommend allowing 10-minutes before and after your sauna experience. This will give you enough time to get changed, relax and enjoy our complimentary herbal tea in our relaxation area.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR

You will sweat in the sauna so it is important to think about what to bring to make your experience more comfortable. You are welcome to wear your undies, swimwear or even sauna in the nude if you wish. We would recommend bringing a towel, change of clothes and your personal toiletries, especially if you are heading back to work.

Myall offers amenities such as a personal shower / change-room, one plush towel & face towel, waffle bathrobe, Dyson hair-dryer and natural shower gels.

If you are returning to work please consider what you will need to bring with you to have a seamless rejuvenating experience.

CUSTOMISE YOUR EXPERIENCE

We offer essential oil blends in a diffuser, colour light therapy and a guided meditation or choice of one of our Myall relaxing playlists. These can be chosen when you’re in the relaxation area prior to your experience. The infrared sauna is equipped with Bluetooth so you can enjoy your own podcast or playlist.

LOCKERS + PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We offer lockers for people who might be bringing more than just themselves to the studio. Lockers are located at the end of the hallway, simply choose one, pop your phone/wallet/shoes in there and lock it up. Keep the key with you until you’re ready to collect your belongings.

We are located on the corner of 55 St Georges Terrace and Sherwood Court, Perth WA. The entrance to the studio is on Sherwood Court, look for the magenta signage! One of our friendly faces will be at the front desk to show you around before your sauna experience.
